Dirty Dub Photo shoot

This will be my second attempt at writing this post, why you ask am i making this post all over again? The last time i tried to type this my eye lids were half closed, my fingers weren't typing on actual letters and i'm pretty sure..no i'm positive that i had misspelled almost every other word in the last post. So let's try this one more time.

One of my closest friend Tatiana was having a birthday party just around the corner and as vain as it might sound we thought having pictures of her up on the wall would add to the theme of the party which was "Dirty Dub" the point we wanted to get across was dark and sexy, the image above would beg to differ but that was only one in a long line of dark shots. I absolutely loved how the image turned out and i actually took a lot of time in PP and Lightroom to make it perfect. The results were fantastic and i couldn't be happier.

I was not alone in this project, i was joined by another photographer (Hershal Walker Photography) in hopes of achieving different POV's. We could not be more polar opposites when it comes to lighting subjects. No matter what project i'm working on wether it be silhouetted or beauty shots, i love to light up the subject as much as i can. I love balanced lighting, in the end if everything is balanced right it's easier to play around with darkening certain areas in PP. If the photo had been darker and i needed to dial up the exposure then chances that it won't come out noisy will be high. But in the end i love the photo, thats all that counts right? Oh...and the model too i guess haha.
